Panel Systems has over 45 years’ experience in fabricating pressed metal components for architectural applications to meet bespoke customer requirements.
Our state of the art facility allows us to offer customers great flexibility in design and optimised material output. Our CNC punch utilises various tools including punching and forming operations which help to increase our productivity.
Our fabrication equipment includes:
- Large capacity, LVD Strippit M-Series CNC turret punch.
- 4000mm Press brake for aluminium and steel folding and trays.
- T.I.G. Welding facility
- CAD Design Service

Our state-of-the-art facility also includes a cutting edge 4000mm guillotine, press brake, T.I.G. welding and a full range of CAD facilities. Our team can also provide customers with prototypes, prior to fabrication.
All our aluminium & steel pressings can be supplied either as mill finish or powder coated to Syntha Pulvin, Valspar & Interpon D powder coating. We also offer anodised surfaces including the Anolok™ range of colours.

What materials are you able to work with?
We work with a variety of materials including Aluminium (Including anodising grades), Stainless Steel, Colorcoat Steel, PVDF Steel, Galvanised Steel, Copper and Brass.
What are Panel Systems’ capabilities for metal fabrication?
