Capacity
We have three sites covering 60,000 square feet and a 50-strong team of customer service staff, CAD designers, production operatives and logistics specialists. The scale of our operation means we can always deliver what you want, when you need it.
Reliability
With extensive experience of logistics, we have an excellent record of developing strong supply partnerships with our customers. We deliver our products throughout the UK and worldwide. Our production and distribution facilities are centrally located in Sheffield with good motorway access for delivery or collection. Customers can also place orders via our online shop.

Managing Director
Over the past 40 years, Chris has built a business with a reputation for innovative panel and insulation solutions for many industries. With his vision Panel Systems has grown to become a global supplier of outstanding quality fabricated products.
Danny Phelan
National Sales Manager
Danny leads the Sales Team developing business for the diverse range of manufacturing capability at our three divisions. Danny enjoys his involvement with new products and applications for both new and existing customers.
Carol Fairburn
Central Services Manager
Carol is responsible for the day-to-day running of administration, accounts, human resources and payroll and has been with us since 1986.
Mark Chapman
Operations Manager
Mark is responsible for all operations at the ACP Division. Joining the company in 2014, Mark brings with him a wealth of production & logistics experience to ensure our customers receive orders to their full expectations. Mark also has overall responsibility for Quality and Health & Safety at all 3 divisions.
Pauline Harris
Operations Manager
Pauline heads up our Foam Fabrication and CNC machining divisions at our Waleswood site and also has more than two decades of experience in the foam plastics industry. Her responsibilities range from purchasing to dispatch, giving her complete control to ensure that our customers’ interests are always top priority.
The Environment
At Panel Systems we are committed to sustainable working practices that benefit our environment. This includes recycling waste which is collected and used in other manufacturing processes. Plastics and foam are cut and recycled and our offices are committed to paper waste reduction. We also work with environmentally friendly products such as Ravatherm XPS, which offers very low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Zero Ozone Depletion Potential.
