Decoration
MultiLiner boards can be painted without any special priming, using an alkali-resistant paint or emulsion. Under normal circumstances, two coats of paint give a satisfactory finish.
Environmental
If the intended application requires a BREEAM rating, MultiLiner is an ideal solution. The material has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP).
Roof Upstand Application
MultiLiner boards are produced from a 6mm non-combustible cellulose fibre building board, factory laminated to non-combustible rock mineral wool slab.
Semi-Exposed Soffit Application
Boards are easy to cut and lightweight to handle, allowing for fast, simple, dry installation whilst achieving excellent ‘U’ values.
Fire Safety
With recent developments in building regulations, it is now more important than ever to consider the fire safety standards of both new and established buildings. MultiLiner has been rigorously tested in its reaction to fire, and achieves A1 classification in accordance with EN13501-1:2019.
Semi-exposed Soffit Applications
In both new and refurbished buildings, MultiLiner boards can be used as non-combustible insulated liner boards for the thermal upgrading of semi-exposed concrete decks. The boards that are installed improve the energy efficiency of semi-exposed concrete decks (such as those found in underground car parks and other similar applications), thus reducing cold bridging. Please refer to the product brochure for installation guidelines.
Upstand Applications
MultiLiner offers excellent thermal properties, and can withstand extreme climatic and working conditions. MultiLiner is the ideal material for roof lining applications, where a non-combustible upstand or parapet insulation board is required to thermally insulate and protect walls in inverted flat roof systems. The standard thickness for roofing applications is 56mm overall, with other sizes available upon request. Please refer to the product brochure for installation guidelines.
Environment
With Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Zero Global Warming Potential (GWP), MultiLiner boards are the environmentally responsible choice for your project.
