Aluglaze FR is an insulated infill panel comprising powder coated or anodised aluminium faces with an insulated core of lamella mineral fibre. The lamella mineral fibre core is manufactured from Euroclass A1 material.

Typically specified for window infill and curtain walling application which require a non-combustible core.

Aluglaze FR is an insulated sandwich panel comprising powder coated or anodised aluminium faces with an insulated core of lamella mineral fibre. The lamella mineral fibre core is manufactured from Euroclass A1 material. Typically used for window infill and curtain walling applications which require a non-combustible core.

Aluglaze is an insulated sandwich panel comprising Powder coated or Anodised aluminium faces with an insulated core of Ravatherm Extruded Polystyrene (Euroclass E). Aluglaze panels are typically used in low rise window infill and curtain walling applications.

All panels are supplied to bespoke sizes.

A variety of edge details are available to suit most glazing systems

Interpon D, Syntha Pulvin and Analok anodised colours are all available.

U Values as low as 0.15 W/M2K can be achieved.

Technical

1. Aluglaze FR

Panel build up:
Panels are manufactured from a Nexus Lamella mineral fibre core faced each side with 1.5, 2.0 or 3.0mm coated aluminium. Panels are vacuum bonded using a two-part polyurethane adhesive.

Finishes:
Panels are available with both Interpon D and Syntha Pulvin Powder coatings. Anodised finishes are also available.

Approx Weight:
12.4 kg/m2 for 28mm thick panels with 1.5mm faces
15.1 kg/m2 for 28mm thick panels with 2.0mm faces

Panel Tolerances:
Length & width: +/-2mm. Thickness: +/-1.0mm

U-Value:
1.43 W/m2K for 28mm panels with 1.5mm facings. Please contact us for U-Values on other thicknesses

Nexus Core:
Nexus Lamella core has the following performance data:

Thermal conductivity: 0.041 – 0.048 W/m.K
Compressive strength: 130 kpa

Fire:
The Nexus Core is manufactured from Reaction to fire classification A1 non-combustible material. A separate data sheet is available upon request. For a fully tested panel specification, please refer to our FR-A range of non-combustible panels.

Panels are manufactured from a Ravatherm XPS (extruded polystyrene) core faced each side with 1.5, 2.0 or 3.0mm coated aluminium. Panels are vacuum bonded using a two-part polyurethane adhesive.

Finishes:
Panels are available with both Interpon D and Syntha Pulvin Powder coatings. Anodised finishes are also available.

Weight:
9.4 kg/m2 for 28mm thick panels with 1.5mm faces
12.0 kg/m2 for 28mm thick panels with 2.0mm faces

Panel Tolerances:
Length & width: +/-2mm. Thickness: +/-1.0mm

U-Value:
1.02 W/m2K for 28mm panels with 1.5mm faces
1.5 W/m2K for 28mm panels with 2.0mm faces

Fire:
Reaction to fire (EN 13501-1) for the Ravatherm XPS core: Euroclass E. Alternative core materials are available upon request

Ravatherm Core:
Ravatherm XPS has the following performance data:
Thermal conductivity: 0.031 – 0.037 W/m.K
Compressive strength: 300 kpa
