Our team of skilled CAD/CAM engineers work with advanced production technology, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept through to delivery. At the core of our operations is advanced CNC machining. We utilise both 3-axis and full 5-axis CNC technology to produce precise components.
With a machining capacity of up to 6.0m x 2.0m, we accommodate large sizes while maintaining tight tolerances and minimising material waste. This is supported by a 4.3m beam saw for high-speed, accurate cutting, and double-end tenon machinery for consistent and high-quality edge finishing, ensuring panels are installation-ready.
