Our extensive fabrication facilities, within our centrally located factory, include four state-of-the-art CNC routers featuring advanced 3 and 5-axis technology. This means we can produce bespoke shapes, as well as provide grooving and drilling.
We operate a 4.3 metre Beam Saw, which provides high-quality cutting to close tolerances to meet customers’ bespoke sizes. Our service also extends to blind drilling for secret fix systems, edge profiling and face grooving of cladding panels.
Our advanced optimisation software ensures waste is kept to a minimum when cutting materials, therefore enhancing the sustainability of each project. We also provide on-site support and fixing advice, when required.
Our expert team provides a dedicated end-to-end sales support service which includes everything from handling quotations to receiving customers’ purchase orders right through to material delivery to the site.
High-performance cladding
We have almost 50 years of experience in providing fabrication services for customers, working with a wide range of leading cladding brands, including Rockpanel and Equitone, plus many more.
Equitone is a great choice, as an external-grade fibre cement cladding board it excels in withstanding diverse weather conditions. The combination of mineral, cement and fibre materials in Equitone’s cladding products provides strength and durability.
If sustainability is a priority for your architectural project, then Rockpanel can be the perfect option. Crafted from sustainable rock fibre, Rockpanel’s external cladding boards combine high performance with environmental responsibility, boasting strength and longevity. Rockpanel cladding is available in a range of colours and finishes.
If a project requires decorative high-pressure laminate, we can also supply Trespa and Abet MEG. Both are renowned for their robust nature and great aesthetics.
For many of the projects we supply, customers are working to the latest building requirements for fire safety. To cater for this, we supply A2 ‘reaction to fire’ classified versions of both Equitone and Rockpanel.
