Our Larcore range is growing, with a new size now available!
Larcore panels are lightweight, rigid panels that combine high load performance with low weight, making them ideal for applications across the transport, marine, aviation and industrial sectors. The panels are also A2 fire rated, making them ideal for a wide range of demanding functions.
They feature an aluminium honeycomb core and aluminium facings, coated with a primer that is suitable as a finished surface, or for further processing, including bonding and colour coatings. The versatility of the facings and their finish make the panels ideal for customisation, ensuring a perfect fit for your project.
Panel Systems became the first UK distributor for Larcore composite panels in 2019 and our range has continued to grow since then. A new standard sheet size of 600mm x 600mm is now available for purchase directly through our website, alongside two larger standard sizes of 1500mm x 1000mm and 3120mm x 1500mm. Each panel size is also available in a range of thicknesses, from 6mm to 30mm.
The panels are available in bespoke sizes and thicknesses, upon request. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest 3-axis, 5-axis and 3D capable CNC machines, which enable us to offer Larcore panels in virtually any design, to your exact specifications. Our highly-skilled CAD/CAM team is will work directly with you to understand your product needs, for both standard and bespoke panels. You can also share your own drawings with us, using a variety of file formats, so that we can bring your very own design to life.
Our structural bonding and fabrication services allow for complete customisation of the panels.
