For several decades, pressed metalwork has been used for many different applications in particular within building design and construction.
In fact, our pressed metal services have seen an increase in demand over recent months from customers requiring pressings and perforated sheets to complement architectural façade panels. The pressed metal sheets are widely used for a number of architectural applications including:

  • Perforated sheets
  • Cills
  • Rainscreen trays
  • Bespoke pressings and laminated panels
  • Brackets
  • Bespoke punched components
  • Balustrade panels
  • Enhancement of internal areas such as stairwells and escalators

Here at Panel Systems we have one of the most advanced CNC manufacturing facilities that allows us to fabricate metalwork to customers own designs.
Our factory is equipped with the latest high-performance machinery including a large capacity, LVD Strippit M-Series CNC turret punch, which allows us to offer customers great flexibility in design and optimised material output. The sophisticated punch utilises various tools including punching and forming operations which help to increase our productivity. In addition we also have a cutting edge 4000mm guillotine, press brake and complete T.I.G. welding services.

Our team of experienced engineers can also work with a variety of materials including Aluminium in grades 1050a, J57S UP and Aleris 55hx. Steel, Copper & Brass. In addition, our aluminium and steel pressings can be supplied either as mill finish or powder coated to Syntha Pulvin, Valspar and Interpon D powder coating. We also offer anodised surfaces including the Anolok range of colours.

With a full range of CAD facilities, we can also provide customers with prototypes, prior to fabrication. With a skilled team of customer service staff, CAD designers, production operatives, and logistics specialists, we also have the capabilities to manufacture high quality, custom-made pressed metalwork in both small and large quantities.
