Aluminium Sandwich Panels
Aluglaze is an insulated infill panel comprising powder coated or anodised aluminium faces with an insulated core of Ravatherm XPS. Ravatherm XPS foam has a reaction to fire classification of Euroclass E. For projects that require non-combustible panels, please refer to our A2 classified FR-A glazing panels.

Technical information
| Panel Build up | Ravatherm XPS (extruded polystyrene) core faced each side with polyester powder coated aluminium. Panels are vacuum bonded using a two-part polyurethane adhesive. |
| Finishes | Panels are available with both Interpon D (RAL) and Syntha Pulvin Powder coatings. Anodised finishes are also available. |

Applications
Aluglaze panels are typically used in low rise window infill and curtain walling applications. All panels are supplied to bespoke sizes. A variety of edge details are available to suit most glazing systems, and U Values as low as 0.15 W/M2K can be achieved.
