What is Revostage?
Revostage is a portable stage system manufactured by Panel Systems, with numerous applications including podiums, catwalks, rostrums, tiered seating and staging areas, raised flooring, drum risers and exhibition stands.
The stage is made up of multiple decks, rather than one huge, inseparable platform which makes it a more versatile option than many other staging systems.
What is Revostage made from?
Revostage is a modular staging system that’s made up of two different elements:

Our portable staging is available in the following sizes:
- 2000mm x 1000mm
- 1000mm x 1000mm
- 1000mm x 520mm
- 2000mm x 520mm
- 520mm x 520mm
- 1000mm triangle

Revostage is created using an aluminium deck frame fitted with fixing cleats. A stage panel is then added to this frame which is made up of a polypropylene honeycomb core which is faced each side with birch plywood. The deck surface is finished with either carpet, vinyl or an anti-slip coating. The iser legs then expand out to the required size and height of the stage and the deck is fixed on.
The demonstration video shown on our homepage shows a detailed view of how the system comes together
Revostage Portable Staging Systems are ideal for any event
The polypropylene honeycomb core is an incredibly strong material that provides the stage system with excellent strength but also provides a lightweight and easy to transport solution.
Produced in Sheffield by Panel Systems, Revostage is manufactured under ISO conditions and independently tested to carry a uniform load of up to 1.5 tonnes per square metre. This means, if you’re using Revostage for your event, you can be assured that the platform will easily take the weight of lighting, instruments or any heavy equipment required.
What are the advantages of choosing Revostage instead of other brands of portable staging?

However, Revostage is designed to be reliable and robust as well as extremely easy to take out and put away which is one of the key benefits of choosing Revostage over other systems. With a modular set up and only two components to worry about, it can make setting up an event much quicker.

What should you consider when shopping for a portable stage?

Type of event
The type of event you’re hosting will have a huge influence on the portable stage you need. Whether you’re hosting an event that requires large numbers of people on stage or instruments and other heavy equipment or the stage is for one speaker, the stage needs to be able to support the weight safely.
Revostage is a flexible solution that can be easily assembled but which also modular so it can be added to, or sections taken away depending on your needs. If you need a bigger stage in the future, it can be added to over time too, making it the perfect solution for a wide range of needs.
Storage space
Any staging equipment you buy will need to be stored or transported when it’s not in use and the size of the portable stage you choose will influence the storage space required. As we have already mentioned, Revostage folds away into 15% of its original size and is extremely lightweight so can be easily stored and transported.
Quality
For any event, one of the key priorities is safety for anyone who attends so if your portable staging is of poor quality or is not put together properly, it can pose a problem. Ensure you choose a stage system that isn’t too complicated to assemble, and which is sturdy and robust to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
Revostage is not only easy to assemble, but also lightweight, sturdy and robust enough to hold up to 1.5 tonnes per square metre.
