Reaction to FireThis panel specification has been tested in accordance with the procedures given in EN 13501-1: 2018 at the independent testing laboratory Efectis. This product (Panel Systems FR-A Type 2 Composite Panel) in relation to its reaction to fire behaviour is classified A2-s1,d0. The panel specifications included in the classification covers panels with aluminium faces of thicknesses of 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0mm.

The Siderise Nexus Lamella Core is made from European Fireclass A1 material. A separate data sheet is available upon request. For more detailed information on panel thicknesses and reaction to fire, please refer to the relevant classification documents.

This product (Panel Systems FR-A Type 2 Composite Panel) in relation to its reaction to fire behaviour is classified A2-s1,d0. Inner face: 1.5, 2.0 or 3mm polyester powder coated (or mill finish) aluminium Panels formed into ‘top hat style arrangement with Nexus lamella hard edging within glazing edge. Panels are vacuum bonded using a two-part polyurethane adhesive.

This product (Panel Systems FR-A Type 4 Composite Panel) in relation to it’s reaction to fire behaviour is classified A2 s1,d0. The panel specifications tested were: 2.0mm PPC aluminium / Nexus core / 2.0mm PPC (or mill finish) aluminium. The panels were formed into a ‘top hat’ arrangement and incorporated the Nexus Lamella hard edging.

The Siderise Nexus Core is made from European Fireclass A1 material. A separate data sheet is available upon request. The test covers panels with an overall thickness of 41 – 150mm thick.
