Our Sheffield production facilities are located centrally in the UK, just minutes from the M1 in Sheffield. Having links to major road networks means our customers receive efficient and timely deliveries.

We continually invest in our production centres ensuring they are fully equipped with four CNC Routers with the latest technology, including 3 axis and full 5-axis, 3D 3D capability.  This means we can create virtually any design our customers require, whilst optimising use of material, with minimum waste.  

With a machining area extending to 5.0m long x 2m wide, we deliver a comprehensive service catering to projects of a wide variety of sizes.

We also operate a 4.2m beam saw, which provides customers with a quick and accurate cutting service.  This is supported by a double end tenon for improved panel edge machining.

We have particular expertise in machining solid grade laminate (SGL) (also known as Compact Grade Laminate) for use in the commercial washroom sectors and for locker doors. We also supply this material for applications including laboratory furniture/worktops and for offices and other workspaces.

We also work with a variety of sheet materials including: extruded polystyrene (XPS), external cladding boards, polypropylene and aluminium honeycomb panels, polyethylene panels, Trespa Top Lab, and timber sheet materials, including plywood or MDF.  (could it have links through to a case study on each material?)
